Dal 26 settembre 2021 è possibile iscriversi ad AIDO, oltre che con atto olografo, anche in modalità digitale, tramite SPID oppure CIE ed anche tramite firma digitale, direttamente dal sito internet www.aido.it e dall’App di AIDO, ai sensi dell’art.65 del Decreto Legislativo 7 marzo 2005 n.82.
Iscrivendosi ad AIDO si manifesta contestualmente il consenso alla donazione di organi e tessuti del proprio corpo a scopo di trapianto e dopo la propria morte, ai sensi dell’art. 4 e dell’art.23 della Legge 1 aprile 1999 n.91.
